Description du poste

MISSION :

Reporting to the Ecom Manager, the eCommerce Trading Specialist will be responsible for ongoing optimization of Pandora France website.He/she will be the SALES FORCES expert for the market, performing online execution excellence. This role closely partners with other key functions within the local team such as the brand marketing team, eCommerce Content specialist, as well as regional EMEA &cluster Traffic Manager to align.

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT :

•Product enrichment/library
•Site Experience Management
•Categories/navigation
•On-site search optimization
•Commerce Cloud User
•Interpret customer insight
•Represent customer in retail journey decisions
•Site enhancements input
•Hypotheses/AB tests
•UAT
•Customer experience
•Customer service escalations
•Responsibility for update and maintenance of the web content
•Develop UX changes bases on tests results
•Ensuring estore is up to date and in line with the marketing calendar
•Writing es store consumer service template and maintaining e store FAQ

ANALYSIS AND REPORTING :

•Support the E-com manager in producing weekly and monthly performance reports by providing analysis for all the relevant KPIs of the channel, to be shared at local and EMEA level.


COMMUNICATION FLOW AND ALIGNMENT :

•Ensure to be up to date on the latest industry trends and best practice and ensure a good dialogue with EMEA & cluster traffic manager on these topics
•Interacts with brand & trade teams to ensure alignment on digital media plans (integrated approach) and investment to support the commercial calendar
•Working with EMEA/cluster estore team to address the EMEA estore road map and coordinate platform optimization and new releases for local estore
•Work closely with the merchandising Manager locally and regionally to ensure that the product offering is in line with the current assortment / bundles / promotions
•Communicate daily with the ecom team

Profil recherché

PROFILE :

TECHNICAL AND JOB-RELATED COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDING IT SKILLS)


•    Good knowledge of Adobe/ Salesforce Marketing Cloud
•    Good knowledge of tools like AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, DCM and Google Analytics.
•    Mastery of MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to details.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce Experience in media agency in digital roles is preferable.
Understanding of site and mobile UX content and has web traffic metrics know how.
