Description du poste

Ralph Lauren is looking for his/her EMEA Digital MEDIA Director based in Paris (French head office).

The candidate will have different missions:
-Strategy : help to define an European Digital and Social Strategy, identify innovative ideas and guarantee that the strategy can rolled out across all distribution
-Collaborate : is responsible for collaborating with cross functional groups to help develop the EU cross media strategies, planning, dashbording, advertising assets list, tracking and tools needed
-Plan & Execute : the Digital & Social plan (plan in detail, secure approval from Senior Management, execute the roll out of the Digital strategy, planning and tracking across all countries)/ coordination (coordinate with your team, both offline and online media planning across all EMEA territories)/ competitive & Media insights (closely follow Ralph Lauren’s direct and non-direct competition)
-Management : coach and manage a Media Manager- will ensure his/her team member’s rapid growth and development = coach and manage a team of 2 persons- will ensure team member’s rapid growth and development
-Budget : manage the budgets and costs of campaigns

Profil recherché

We are looking for a candidate with a senior experience in Digital Media or Digital Marketing in an international brand or an agency managing international clients including campaign strategy and execution expertise.
Strong expertise in campaign strategy and execution required.

Fluent English level (written and spoken) and a Bachelor’s degree required.

We are looking for a leader and a team player who enjoys to work in a multi-cultural environment and who is passionate about understanding consumer needs and media trends across multiple markets.

You have strong skills and expertise on Social media, Emailing, Digital content marketing and Cross devices display and programmatic. 
You are a both strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to obliterate boundaries and push out the edges of what can be done. 
You are analytic, managing, reporting and reading all collected data’s with strong technology tools and platforms expertise.
