Description du poste

Omni-channel strategies are built around the customer. The global knowledge of the client is key in that perspective and so Retail Business Intelligence is a key
function.
The position focus on developing an effective reporting system by channel and across channels mixing internal with external data sources. The scope
encompasses all the conversion funnels (online, offline and cross channels) in support to communication, e-commerce, crm, buying and retail functions in order
to drive a data driven mentality and improve the effectiveness of the omni-channel funnel from engagement to conversion. The role is actively involved in the
campaign management process which involves merchandising/buying, communication, CRM, e-commerce and retail.
The position will support the Omni-Channel Retail Director in the development of an omni-channel strategy by study consumer behavioral/shopping paths and
project managing all omni-channel tech-integration projects (example: cross channel services, marketplace, social commerce, etc).

Profil recherché

Work experience:
3 to 5 years work experience minimum
Deep knowledge of digital data points (web marketing, CRM, retail analytics, data models)
Great project management
International environment

At ease with indirect responsibility (leadership)

Education
• Marketing and communication studies
• Statistic, big data, analytics, digital marketing specialization.

Languages
