Description du poste
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager Northern Europe to develop and grow our wholesale business in the region, in line with the brand's commercial strategy. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales, building strong partnerships, and ensuring flawless execution of seasonal campaigns and initiatives.

- Drive and grow sales across Northern Europe, in alignment with the brand’s commercial strategy.
- Organize and lead showroom appointments four times per year.
- Define OTB budgets based on seasonal and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and translate growth objectives into actionable plans.
- Manage, monitor, and develop partnerships with department stores and specialty retailers.
- Manage and support sales agents: set clear objectives, monitor performance, and ensure the proper implementation of the brand’s commercial strategy across all markets
- Conduct detailed sales performance analysis on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis to identify opportunities and maximize results.
- Lead special projects with key accounts: exclusive capsules, pop-ups, collaborations, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Oversee payment and delivery follow-up, working closely with the back office and credit management teams.
- Deliver regular product trainings and organize meetings (in-store and online) to engage clients and enhance sell-through performance.
- Provide seasonal feedback and analysis: bestsellers, missed opportunities, and local insights.
Profil recherché
2–3 years of experience in wholesale or a related field within the fashion/retail industry.
Strong existing relationships with key retailers, especially major accounts.
Advanced analytical skills, with a strong command of Excel and confidence in handling sales data and trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English; additional language(s) relevant to the region is a plus.
Knowledge of the Northern European market and its key players is highly desirable.
