Twinset is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for its store in Maasmechelen Village
Key Activities:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible of the following activities:
- Manage all processes of the Store: sales, supplies, orders, preparation to sale, reporting
- Manage the development plans for the Store in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Manage selection, training and development processes in according with the store needs
- Ensure the proper management and implementation of sales, by monitoring KPI's and reporting of the store
- Visual merchandising in according to guidelines; constantly mantain processes alignment with our Corporate Direction
Profil recherché
- Previous 2-years experience in a Fashion Retail Company in the same role
- Brilliant relational skills, goal-oriented attitude, team player
- Native Flemish language and professional knowledge of English. French is a plus
