We are a leading cosmeceutical brand within the beauty and cosmetics industry, with our Head Office based on the Gold Coast, Australia.

We have recently expanded into Sephora Europe and are on the hunt for an experienced France-based Brand Representative to join our team to help drive growth for our brand in Europe.

To ensure success, we are looking for an experienced, confident and creative Brand Representative with sales and management experience to join our team full time.

The Brand Representative's main responsibility is to promote Alpha-H product sales at their assigned store territory, ensure store teams are trained in Alpha-H product and kept up-to-date with new brand launches, and ensure Alpha-H is well stocked and merchandised in store according to guidelines. The role is to plan strategic initiatives, coordinate trainings and store visits, and promote Alpha-H products with current and potential customers and staff.

Profil recherché

The right candidate will be self-motivated, organised and ambitious. They will be excellent at building rapport with both customers and staff, and have a passion for training, education and people. Formal Beauty Therapy qualifications are an advantage but are not essential, however you must have good knowledge of skin physiology and ingredients.
We will provide professional training and competitive hourly rates to the right candidate.

Fluency in English and French is a must and you will be based mostly in France with domestic and International travel being a regular part of the role. 



•Beauty and sales experience within beauty salons, department stores and/or skincare products
•A vibrant personality and excellent communication skills
•Proven abilities to inspire and educate others
•Energy and drive for selling and ensuring a great customer experience
•Passion to educate, coach and desire to act as a mentor to beauty advisors
•Demonstrated effective time management, planning, problem solving and communication skills
•Willing to travel locally and nationally from store to store
•Initiative and the ability to work without supervision, but as part of a team
•Ability to deliver on and exceed set KPI's and targets
•Must be fluent in English and French. Other languages are an advantage

•Up to 40% of job spent on planning, selling support, recruiting new customers and retail operations
•Up to 50% of job spent on training and coaching and visual merchandising
•Up to 10% of job spent on administrative tasks
