Description du poste
ba&sh is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to take part in the development of the brand in North America.
As a member of the finance team in the North America business unit, your will work with the Head of finance on a wide range of financial topics and you will act as a business partner with the other departments to help them develop the business and better understand their financial performance.
When needed, you will also help your team on accounting-related tasks.
You will report directly and you will be based in New York City.

As a member of the finance team in the North America business unit, your will work with the Head of finance on a wide range of financial topics and you will act as a business partner with the other departments to help them develop the business and better understand their financial performance.
When needed, you will also help your team on accounting-related tasks.
You will report directly and you will be based in New York City.
In this capacity, your missions are as follows:
- Take part in the monthly reporting of the financial performance of the business unit to the headquarters in Paris and the internal monthly business reviews
- Take part in the establishment of the annual budget and the quarterly reforecasts of the business unit (sales, Ebitda, cash flows)
- Identify all sources of optimization in terms of merchandise flows, costs avoidance, inefficient processes
- Support the other departments (retail, wholesale, ecommerce, marketing) on various projects (new stores analysis, creation of excel tools, improvement of the P&L of each distribution channel…)
- Help the finance team on the annual closing of the accounts of the business unit and assist the Head of finance during the review of the accounts by the external auditors

- Higher Education Master degree, ideally from a top-tier university, business school or engineering school
- Strong interest in the sector of retail
- 2 to 4 years in a similar position in finance (business control or other corporate functions), audit/TS or consulting

- Excellent analysis and synthesis skills
- Good interpersonal skills and desire to work in a team
- Strong analytical skills and planning/organizing skills: capable of managing key projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a multicultural and cross functional team environment
You master:
- Expert knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of accounting
- Power Point / Other technical software perfectly. Knowledge of… is a plus.
- English and french fluently
