The Company:
- Traditional and contemporary house
- Excellence, tradition and refinement
- Supervise retail operations, and provide the necessary support for the animation of the head office and store retail teams
- Generate reports and analytics on retail and CRM performance
- Collect and analyze customer data, manage the development of the customer portfolio from A to Z
- Knowledge of retail and CRM strategies (KPI's), excellent command of Microsoft Pack Office

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You have a very good level in English and French, Italian would be a plus
- Salary up to 41k€ per year, depending on experience
