Your mission will be to align and influence business objectives with employees and management in designated business units (retail) in regards with Talent topics (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development).
What will the role entail?
-Detect present and future needs in terms of recruitment.
-Manage the whole cycle of a recruitment process (job posting, screening, telephone interviews and personnel interviews) for retail employees.
-Participate in the new starter’s induction plan
-Detect present and future needs in terms of training.
-Follow up the retail training program.
-Define the potential detection for retail employees.
-Define the successions plans for retail employees.
-Participate in Talent Projects.
Who will you report to? Global Head of HRBP for Brands

Profil recherché

Minimum experience in the industry 5 years of experience in a similar role (HR Business Partner or Talent Manager).

Education level required
-University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Master in Human Resources
Required languages
-French Native
-English Advance
Technical skills required
-Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point)
