Description du poste

The Retail Manager for the Benelux will perform his duties under the direction of the Benelux branch based in Brussels. In the course of his/her duties, the Retail Manager will work in close collaboration with the various departments located at the Paris headquarters, such as communication, marketing, merchandising, training...
He or she, under the authority of the Director of the Benelux affiliates, will be responsible for proposing, implementing and monitoring the company's commercial policy within the retail network, and for ensuring the respect for the Brand image. Her or His missions will include :
Management
-Motivation of the teams with a strong field presence: to supervise, accompany the sales teams in their growing competence and the realization of their sales objectives.
- Communicate the company’s culture to the team, the commercial policy and the merchandising rules of the company.
- to ensure, in close collaboration with the internal training Department of the company, that the sales teams are duly trained.
Implementation and monitoring of the commercial activity of the network
-Deploying, monitoring, analyzing and controlling commercial activity
-managing network performance: Follow up and reporting of turnovers and sales objectives
-Propose trade related actions and participate in their implementation in order to develop the sales
-Management of the customer relationship in collaboration with the digital Service and communication,
-Participation in the sales seminars in Paris
Administrative
-Organization of the working schedules,
-Participation in the improvement of processes and dashboards monitoring of the activity of the retail network
-Administrative management of staff (recruitment, need for training, disciplinary)..., in collaboration with the HR department located in Brussels, and after validation of the Benelux GM.

Profil recherché

You have a significant experience of at least 10 years in the retail industry , with a real talent for the management and animation of a distribution network.

You speak  French, English and ideally Dutch
