outstanding savoir-faire and for the quality of their products, which carry the coveted ‘Made in France’ label.
To this end, the Group plans to create a luxury and accessory products division operating in the jewelry, leather goods, perfume and well-being markets. This division will supply modern, elegantly designed, high-quality products at fair and affordable prices.

ALTESSE is France’s leading manufacturer of silver and gold- plated jewelry. Maison TEXIER, is a French company which has been manufacturing leather goods for men and women since 1951 and which has been recognized by the state as part of France’s national heritage (Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant). TEXIER, whose products bear the ‘Made in France’ label, is famous both for its outstanding savoir-faire and for its quality craftsmanship. From the selection of materials, to the quality of its finishes, no less than 120 steps are required to produce each bag at its factory in Vitré, Brittany. This level of care and attention to detail reflects the company’s positioning as a provider of affordable luxury.
While staying true to the culture and traditions of Maison TEXIER, RENAISSANCE plans to develop its collections, combining elegance with practicality, to meet the demands of discerning men and women who appreciate beauty and individuality.

The position will be based in Netherlands, preferably in Amsterdam and report directly to the sales manager. This is an exciting position to set-up a strong presence for Renaissance Luxury Group Corp in Netherlands and develop the business for In-house fashionable jewelry and accessory under “Les Georgettes” through the wholesale channel in phase one and retail in phase two.

Our goal is to fill this position as soon as possible.

The Sales Representant will be an entrepreneurial sales leader who will contribute of the Dutch distribution strategy & business development. The successful candidate will be a brand builder who embraces the potential and positioning of the Brands, while bringing appropriate contacts and experience with sales, multi brand jewelry stores, department stores, concept stores.
The right candidate will be a hands-on business developer and an excellent communicator with a high level of autonomy. This individual will also bring outstanding financial acumen and savvy. The Sales Representant must understand how to maximize sales with retail partners and create and leverage business development opportunities. S/he will enthusiastically and professionally build retail customer relationships and be a passionate participant and leader in shaping the future of our brand. S/he will also make sure that brand image is consistent in every point of sale, no matter the channel.
As this is a start-up scenario, the Sales Representant will evaluate the (rather small) existing store network, then contribute to build a distribution strategy that is in line with our sales goals and budget.The Sales Representant will partner closely with the Sales Manager, the internal team of marketing & logistic. S/he must bring excellent organizational skills with the ability to understand the product and marketing needs and present appropriate programs without creating excess inventory. S/he will be able to negotiate with major department stores and chain of stores strongly and respectfully, to get the best positioning and terms for the Brands.S/he must also understand what support is necessary to generate sell-through with each retail partner.

•You aim to achieve the sales objectives
•You target, prospect, develop and retain your existing customers for your dedicated sales area
•You optimize a selective distribution strategy.
•You ensure the best visibility of our brands on points of sale by negotiating the best windows and fixture or shop in shop set up.
•Your train salespeople on brand concept.
•You monitor the sell out and replenishment from your customers.
•You set and follow Marketing operations for your customers.
•You perform analysis and competitive intelligence reports for your dedicated sales area.
•You share the field information to your hierarchy in order to adapt your growth sales strategy.
•You are the brand ambassador to your customers.

•Communicate with Management to review sales KPIS, marketing, market feedback
•Complete and submit weekly and/or monthly itineraries, account evaluation reports and expense reports as required by due dates.

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate will be a:
  • ideally based already in Netherlands and native dutch speaker
  •  Already had one experience as sales representative preferably in the jewelery industry
  • Entrepreneurial sales executive.
  • Strong connections, specialty and department stores and proven experience developing jewelry / accessory with retail partners.
  • Able to direct an integrated retail marketing effort to support the sell-in and sell-thru objectives
  • A flexible multi-tasker who is willing to “roll up his/her sleeves.”
  • Charismatic, and energetic with a personal presence and appropriate style and taste to represent the Company.
  • Passionate about Luxury, jewelry and Fashion and highly knowledgeable about Dutch market.
