Executing the accessories strategic marketing plan approved by Balmain management
Planning and monitoring the Marketing budget accordingly to the strategy
Briefing agencies and ensure proper execution and the respect of Balmain brand integrity
Managing seeding and influencer partnership
Developing partnership with strategic retailers to showcase Balmain accessories category
Defining market needs and priorities and ensure delivering the tools to grow the business
Guiding regions in the execution of the accessories marketing strategy, such as Product Launches, Asset Contracting, Communication in different channels, etc., to ensure the execution standards and brand consistency according to the Global guidelines is reached.
5 years of experience in a related role within Marketing, combined with good knowledge of the retail channel and accessories (sneakers, shoes, bags).
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent communication skills and previous experience communicating with agencies, cross-functional departments and external partners.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
