- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales performance analysis, to drive revenue growth and maintain the store’s prestigious reputation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by implementing effective communication strategies, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and accountability.
- Proven experience in retail management, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a track record of driving sales performance and customer satisfaction in a high-end environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team while effectively engaging with a discerning clientele.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and performance metrics to optimize store operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- up to €58 000 annual basic salary based on experience
