Description du poste
The Conversion & UX Manager is an integral role within the team, focusing on site content, online merchandising, customer journeys, pricing, day to day trading performance and delivering superior customer experience.
You'll work alongside and report to the UK Ecommerce Manager to drive the business forward. The role sits within the UK team.
Plan, implement & optimise onsite content around trends, key dates, offers, seasonal messages, season launches, pop culture, special events...
Management of creative briefs for site content, working with a creative studio based in Portugal
Optimise and maintain manual product curation strategy for the homepage, products category and special edits
Produce creative, engaging and innovative onsite content to create an ever better digital experience for our customers and prospects
Identify & troubleshoot website technical issues
Run competitors content reviews and stay up to date with market trends
Monitor and analyse website performance, identifying optimisation opportunities
Effectively manage all seasonal product activities for the websites, working with an external translation agency based in Portugal
Monitor products availability
Ensure that all products are merchandised within the correct categories, and commercially presented online
Optimise product related content, navigation, facets, ranking, product recommendations and cross selling
Continually review and optimise the performance of the on-site search
Analyse merchandising, products and category performance, putting forward recommendations for improvements
Analyse customer journeys using available tools and surveys
Continuous review of improvement opportunities across all aspects of the user journey and user experience
Coordinate projects implementation. Plan A/B testing.
Keep abreast of industry developments, analyse competitors activity and identify emerging trends
Use a market leading pricing analytics software to analyse market trends and competitor pricing
Use quantitative methods to assess price optimisation opportunities and margins
Define and implement the pricing strategy
Proven experience in a similar ecommerce role for a a retail or consumer facing brand, preferably in the UK market
Experience of taking decisions based on market knowledge
Highly analytical and data driven, with a passion for testing
Exceptionally organised, methodical, efficient & reliable
Strong communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Energetic, friendly, enthusiastic with a ‘can do' attitude
