Description du poste
Attached to the Associate wholesale manager in France and depending on the General Wholesale Direction base in China.
Your missions are divided in 4 main areas
1-Commerce / orders management :
Comercialize of collections and new product lines;
Customer relations maintenance: consolidation, reinforcement, development and fidelization of the existing customer portfolio (visit + mailing + telephone + training);
Management and development of the TO (sales of collections);
Entering the sales orders;
Management and follow-up of billing of the client portfolio in collaboration with the ADV service ;
Follow-up of customer deliveries in collaboration with the ADV service (regular monitoring on the status of deliveries and recovery of any difficulties encountered during the season) ;
Consistency check of the order - readjustment proposal;
Control of content and business conditions;
2– Development :
Prospecting and partnership development - Definition and prospecting of commercial targets in the area in accordance with the overall strategy; ;
Opening of accounts ;
Competitive intelligence to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company regarding the market; ;
Participation in the elaboration of the development strategy in accordance with global strategy ;
Process optimization ;
3– Showroom :
Taking knowledge of the collection and sales pitch ;
Production and elaboration of sales support;
Preparation of customer records trading ;
Assistance and support for the organization of the event; ;
Presentation and sale of collections ;
Order processing ;
4- Reporting :
Reassort analysis ;
Verifying and updating client files ;
You have a business school degree, level BAC +4/5.
You have a knowledge of the major players in the current / competitive market, as well as the positioning of the brand.
Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, social networks) are essential.
