Description du poste

Qualitative development for wholesale distribution network, turnover and monitoring of the US market

Market penetration and development:
  • Strategically design a plan of action to develop current assign market and find qualitative opportunitites of growth
  • Accelerate revenue growth and provide solutions to grow it

Evaluate the opportunities for implementation:
  • Establish new partnerships
  • Explore and exploit the potential of new locations.
  • Monitor, manage and animate existing partnerships

Management of Distribution performance:
  • Define budgets based on seasonal and annual objectives
  • Plan and Carry out/follow up on customer meetings and develop turnover in line with the brand image
  • Monitoring of weekly and monthly sales reports; Analyze the business in order to maximize sales opportunities
  • Negotiation of commercial conditions with turnover ambitions with support of Management
  • Regular meetings with key players in wholesale accounts
  • In depth qualitative research approach for prospect for new customers and new doors depending on the country.
  • Weekly control of payments and relative deliveries
  • Monitoring of weekly deliveries
  • Track all payments, minimize delays and reduce pending invoices in collaboration with the Accounting department.
  • Monitoring of collection deliveries with the ADV department

Monitoring and animation of Distribution:
  • Visit the stores to ensure that the brand image and strategy are respected and debrief business trips focusing on performance indicators
  • Seasonal trainings for wholesale accounts to involve and raise awareness among salespeople about the product and the inspiration of the collection.
  • Monitor pricing and discount policy of Accounts: E-retailers & department Stores, wholesale network
  • Ensure compliance with brand image and image consistency on our wholesale accounts platforms

Reporting:
  • Establish regular reporting on performance (Sell Out / deliveries / payments)
  • Establish a post-showroom report with analysis of business & product performance
  • Regular market benchmarks, brand positioning, prices, competition
  • Work with the ADV department to analyze customer requests and improve sales performance. Identify and provide a solution to problems encountered by customers

Collaboration with the sales coordinator and intern on the following missions:
  • Monitoring and coordination of weekly Accounts reporting
  • Monitoring and implementation of sales department coordination tools
  • Swap/restocking/returns monitoring
  • Monitoring of order-taking conditions after each showroom
  • Monitoring and updating of the customer database
  • Development of collection training for our customers in collaboration with merchandising

Support - showroom coordination:
  • Support in monitoring agenda and general flow of upcoming sales campaigns
  • Support sales team during appointments, selling ceremony, and closing orders

Profil recherché

Training and level of experience required: Business school, you are specialized and already have strong experience in a luxury house in the Wholesale business (minimum 5 years).

Required qualities: Great capacity for work in a demanding environment; Excellent knowledge of the luxury fashion and wholesale sector. Team spirit essential. Business and communication skills and interpersonal skills; Responsiveness, autonomy, versatility and punctuality. Ability to travel. Analytical skills. Product sense.

Languages: Excellent level of English and French essential. A third language would be a plus.
