We are looking to build and strengthen the Paris based commercial team.This position will be overseeing the international development of select Comme des Garçons seasonal brands.You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and the operations and commercial teams in overseeing the sustainable growth of the brand and managing order portfolio from the showroom organization & initial order all the way to the delivery to the end customer.Tasks:Client relationship & brand management: Develop and implement the commercial strategy and distribution for the brands under your responsibility.Communicate with clients regarding their shipments & payments.Reporting and monitoring sales throughout the distribution network and manage the growth in a sustainable way.Collect sales information and report on sales performance throughout the distribution network (budgets, client feedback, sell-through, etc.).Manage the commercial terms as well as returns, replacements of defective items, swap to wholesale clients.Showroom organisation : Monitor appointment scheduling of existing & potential clients.Organize the showroom sales 4 times annually (welcoming clients, coordinating sales teams, ensuring budget targets are met).Administrative follow up of the orders following the showroom periods (product files, processing orders in our ERP, order confirmations).Keeping track of the complete client & order portfolios. Supplier orders: Follow up of deliveries from various suppliers to our logistics center.Monitor order preparations and deliveries of the seasonal merchandise as well as special products launches.Manage all the changes in deliveries, order modifications, cancellations etc.Stock Management Monitoring and optimization of seasonal stock & proposing reorders to clients.
