    In full expansion EACH x OTHER is looking for a Digital Image & Community Management assistant.Digital is key to EACH x OTHER expansion, and we are seeking for the right person to assist us on growing, engaging and entertaining our communities (Instagram today, Tiktok Tomorrow).You will work closely with the Marketing team : the Chief Brand Officer, the digital manager, and the creative team. Together, we will develop a growth strategy as well as a content strategy forEACH x OTHER for the brand to shine digitally.As a community manager, your missions will be :Content : work closely with the graphic team to develop great insta friendly content (Reels are your fav) that will generate brand awareness as well as engagement.As Tiktok may become key, you also need to feel comfortable with the codes, the trends, the content creations. Your role will be to help us launch our Tiktok Account with great quality & differenciative content.For both social networks, you need to benchmark what our competitors do.Analysis is also key: we will monitor everything we post / do to make sure everything is optimized. Excel thus needs to be a good friend ;)Community management : posting all the content, managing all the interactions (DMs, comments, likes, interacting with other instagram accounts…)=> You really are the guardian of our community.=> everything that will help us grow the community is more than welcome.Brand ambassadors / influence marketing : our brand awareness will grow as far as our clothes are worn, and valued by the people who wear it. It is also a great source of content (UGC).Nano, micro, and macro ambassadors need to be reached, cherished and gifted. Your will be the guardian of our ambassadors strategy.

    Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Expérience Client & Projets Digitaux, votre rôle consiste à garantir une expérience client irréprochable afin de fidéliser les clients, et de développer notre modèle digital & omnicanal, notamment par l’automatisation.Vos missions :- Assurer un support client opérationnel irréprochable - Prendre en charge, prioriser et résoudre l’ensemble des tickets clients (email, chat, réseaux sociaux, avis)- Maintenir et enrichir la base de connaissances (FAQ, guides produits, workflows automatisés)- Garantir un suivi omnicanal fluide des commandes, retours et remboursements *Déployer et renforcer l’automatisation des process* - Identifier et automatiser les tâches répétitives via macros, bots et flows no‑code- Piloter la maintenance du chatbot et des outils self‑service- Mesurer l’efficacité des automatisations et ajuster les workflows pour maximiser la productivité  *Optimiser continuellement le parcours client post‑achat* - Analyser les feedbacks clients pour définir des plans d’action- Coordonner des projets cross‑fonctionnels (Click & Collect, Ship from Store, gifting…)
