    Description Business Rationale: We are seeking an intern to support the social media and communications efforts in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India) region for Estée Lauder brand. This role is crucial in amplifying our brand's presence and engagement across various social media platforms and communication channels, with a focus on TikTok acceleration & agency partnerships. The intern will contribute to improve brand awareness and desirability by optimizing the consumer journey focusing on social media and earned media channels (influence, PR-EPR and events). Key Responsibilities: - Go-To-Market Campaign: Contribute to creative BIG IDEA ideation & strategy building for important brand campaigns from an Earned & Owned media perspective in EMEA markets. - Social Agency Partnership & TikTok Acceleration: Support the development and execution of the social component for brand campaigns and activations in partnership with regional social agencies; contribute to TikTok acceleration and coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to share social strategy, creator briefing, product seeding, content validation & results monitoring. - Competitor Review & Social Performance Monitoring/Reporting: Track competitors; act as the data point in the consumer marketing team; analyze social media performance metrics with a specific focus on TikTok, META, Google Search for each campaign launch, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. - Communications: Support press outreach, event ideas & guideline cascading with EMEA markets and facilitate communication between Global (New York), EMEA HQ (Paris), and local affiliates; contribute to internal communications by sharing brand information within the company & organizing employee events. Main Tasks: - Go-To-Market Campaign: Support on consumer insight data collection & analysis; contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions; help build social media strategy in the GTM deck; adapt/optimize Global GTM deck to be more relevant for EMEA. - Social Agency Partnership & TikTok Acceleration: Collaborate with social agency partners in daily operations (creator brief creation, product seeding, content validation, performance monitoring); draft TikTok newsletters to inform the team about trending topics. - Competitor Reviews & Social Performance Monitoring/Reporting: Conduct competitor reviews & analysis; track & analyze social media performance metrics for brand campaigns (using tools like Tagger, Dash Hudson, Google Trend); build post-mortem reports with key takeaways. - Communications: Support on communication guidelines (press, events); conduct weekly 360 consumer marketing newsletters to facilitate communication between Global–EMEA–Markets; collaborate with internal communication team and organize employee events if needed. Educational Field/Skills Required: - Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (ideally Master 2). - Strong creative & writing skills; attention to detail. - Ability to generate engaging content ideas, with a specific focus on TikTok. - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). - Good understanding of social media analytics tools (Tagger, Dash Hudson, Google Trend). - Fluent in English.
