    Description Department: Regional Demand Planning EMEA Missions: Integrated within the Regional Demand Planning Department of Estée Lauder Companies Europe, your mission will be based on 2 areas: 1. Operational activities: reporting to one of the group's managers, you will participate in the elaboration of sales forecasts for one or more brands and/or markets in our portfolio in conjunction with the sales and Supply Chain teams. Weekly analysis of exception reports, and resulting actions, such as: master data maintenance in the SAP APO tool, recommendations on sales forecast adjustments, proactive communication to Supply Chain or business actors on important forecast changes. 6. You will be able to understand the reality of the Supply Chain business as well as the functioning of an international company. Learning the operational side of Demand Planning will also enable you to successfully complete the project part of your mission. 7. Project management: to lead an improvement project on a Demand Planning process ("WPI: work process improvement"). The objective will be for you to learn a methodology for improving existing processes, from the analysis of malfunctions to the recommendatio n of a solution and its implementation and adoption by the Demand Planners.
