Play an important part in running the daily sales activities in-store contributing to achieve the set sales and KPIs targets by following the strategy and action plan designed by the Store Management team.. Reflect the values of the brand in personalpresentation and demonstrate an enthusiasm andpassion for the brand in the interaction with our customers.. Help our customers to fulfill their needs and findtheir perfect piece, always with ahigh sales-focus in mind.. Ensure high quality service according to companystandards and brand guidelines towards our customers.. Attend and complete the mandatory GANT Academytraining on sales and serviceas well as product knowledge.. Report any misuse or theft of stock to a member ofmanagement.. Follow the Global VM guidelines to ensure that thebrand is represented to the highest standards in the store.. Observe and conform to all retail policies and procedures (inventory,unpack products, steam clothes, cash control etc). Maintain good standards in Health and Safety.. Help ensure the store stays in good shape and premium standard at all times.
