OVERVIEW Lead all digital and social media initiatives for the European office, executing the brand’s social media strategy to communicate, promote the brand and collections, and grow and consistently engage target audiences in the European market.Oversee and contribute to the deployment of global brand content and, when necessary, the creation of local content, including copywriting, agency coordination, and performance tracking. Manage ICICLE’s social media accounts while keeping pace with luxury fashion industry and cultural trends. This role requires deep knowledge of the luxury and fashion sectors, a strong eye for visuals, and exceptional copywriting skills.Social media platforms include, but are not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest…KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media and Digital Strategy & ManagementDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy defining storytelling and tone of voice across all platformsDefine the calendar and objectives of campaigns for both social media and ICICLE’s website brand contentExecute the organic digital communication plan (social media and brand website pages), including scheduling publications and monitoring relevant news and contentIdentify appropriate agency partners for support and optimisation through social paid and intelligent organic campaignsManage editorial calendars for all social media channels and website contentBuild and grow online social communities through strategic community managementWhen required, develop engaging, localised content that resonates with French/European luxury fashion audiencesAssist in guiding and implementing PR and influencer relations programmesStay updated on the latest social media platform developments and industry trendsMonitor luxury fashion and cultural trends to inform content strategy Social Community Management & EngagementRespond to and moderate comments, tags, and private messages across all channels in a timely, brand-appropriate mannerForward audience inquiries to relevant departments (customer service, retail, etc.)Share relevant monitoring insights to optimise campaigns and inform strategyFoster authentic engagement with community members and brand advocates Content CopywritingWrite or commission compelling copy in French and English for:Campaign contentSocial media posts and storiesSocial media advertisementsWebsite pagesProofread all content to ensure brand consistency and qualityEnsure all copy is Social SEO–optimised and culturally relevant Social Media AdvertisingPlan, create, and manage social media advertising campaignsBrief and manage the digital media agencyManage targeting, content adaptation, and performance optimisationOversee digital advertising campaigns across all channelsProvide performance reporting with actionable insights Analytics, Benchmarking & Performance ManagementConduct content analysis covering demand, planning, publication, and ROIMonitor key performance benchmarksEstablish and track essential KPIs and social media metricsManage analytics and tracking using social media insights toolsCreate comprehensive dashboards and monthly/quarterly performance reportsConduct competitive research and benchmarking against luxury fashion brands and industry standardsAnalyse data to provide insights aimed at optimising future campaignsPrepare detailed campaign reports with strategic recommendationsA/B test content, messaging, and campaigns to continuously improve performance Cross-Market and Teams Collaboration Ensure brand consistency across global markets while maintaining local relevanceCoordinate with EU and Chinese teams on key campaigns and content initiatives Agency & Budget ManagementCoordinate with digital advertising agencyManage freelance creative resources and talent relationships for local content as neededOversee digital budgets and allocate resources based on performance data
